Biography:
Waldemar Masicz is an artist, researcher, and cultural manager, born in Moscow in 1990.
In Russia, until 2016, he conducted research on the concept of “soft power,” which describes the role of cultural factors in international politics.
From 2018 to 2022, he worked in the field of cultural production, managing the excursion services of the Museum of Moscow and VDNKh.
Masicz works in the mediums of film, objects and graphics, mainly dealing with themes of memory and politics.
