This is the Time

The hand of a clock shows us time. And the first encounter with it is irreversible. Once taken seriously, it appears in the head, heart and heels, and remains there forever, drawing us into movement. Before this encounter, there was also life. We call it childhood.

Sometimes it returns to us and shines with sunny memories. This glow takes on the present time. Growing up, we ourselves become the indicators of time.

The work was created en plein air of the Academy of Art in Szczecin in May 2024 at the Władysław Hasior Gallery in Zakopane.
