Chain of States is a work designed to visualize the Buddhist concept of inner peace.
The reference for the work is the peculiarly interpreted structure of the Buddhist mandala, a geometric arrangement with elements evenly spaced from the central point, intended for meditation and concentration.
The wheel of life, representing successive journeys through states of consciousness, leads to the final perspective, a popular Buddhist metaphor for the smoothness of the sea - the state of Buddha's consciousness, the cessation of suffering.
The storm is replaced by clarity.
